About me

I am Franck Joël TCHAGMI NKWENDJEU, a communicator of growing renown, recognized for my eloquence, professionalism, and passion for sharing knowledge.

From my teenage years, I discovered my love for communication. Very early, I was invited to serve as a Master of Ceremonies (MC) for various events: family gatherings, school fairs, birthdays, cocktail parties, gala evenings, shows, and inaugural ceremonies. With my ease on the microphone, natural charisma, and ability to captivate audiences, I gradually established myself as a rising reference in the art of public speaking.

Although my initial background was scientific (Baccalaureate in Series D), I chose to resolutely follow my vocation. Refusing to rest on my early successes, I decided to strengthen my talent through rigorous academic training. My journey led me successively to:

• Institut Universitaire Siantou, where I earned a Higher National Diploma (BTS) in Corporate Communication;

• ESSTIC, where I obtained a Professional Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Communication and Public Relations (CORP);

• ISTIC in Yaoundé, where I earned a Master’s Degree in Translation (English ↔ French).

Passionate about knowledge and driven by a constant quest for excellence, I plan to pursue doctoral studies (PhD) in Communication.

With over 25 years of experience, I now work as a Public Speaking Coach and Trainer, Master of Ceremonies, and English Coach and Trainer. I am also the author of the book From Silence to Eloquence, prefaced by Professor Dr. Rachid ROUANE.

I am currently the President and CEO of FG Communication, a company headquartered in Québec, Canada, registered with the Québec Business Registry. We provide four main services:

1. Public Speaking Coaching and Training

2. Master of Ceremonies Services

3. Professional Translation (English ↔ French)

4. English Coaching and Training

Alongside my entrepreneurial activities, I teach English at Neufchâtel Secondary School in Québec City, part of the Centre de services scolaire de la Capitale.

Married to Me Golda FOTSO, a lawyer at the Québec Bar, I live in Québec, Canada. Available nationally and internationally, I work both in person and online, serving those who aspire to transform their speech into a powerful tool of influence.
